Very True. It's really really tough winning any medal in the olympics. The competition is so fierce.

You are mixing up two sports which is not correct. Hitting a century is an achievement, but it is not as difficult as winning a gold medal in the Olympics in individual medley in swimming. 400 m Individual medley in swimming is not only one of the toughest and exhausting event, but it requires you to be good in all the four forms of swimming breast stroke, butterfly, back strocke and freestyle and the one who wins a gold in olympics in this event is not only an extra ordinary sportsmen, but has also put in countless hours of relentless and exhausting practice for at least 4 years.
