The CM ,if really interested in development of football in his state,he should send football experts / former football players to Brazil ; not the MLAs ,who will serve no purpose.

There have been many such tours when UPA was in power for ten years and before that too. may be, Goa is famous for football, they may learn a trick or two to add some inputs to our football game and improve the ranking from present 155th in the world

Here is what Goa CM said on the issue ...
Goa wants to promote football in the state. These ministers will see what are the infrastructure is required, how crowd is controlled. Government considers this as an investment,"
Goa Sports Minister Ramesh Tawadkar along with others are going to Brazil to watch the world cup matches.
"What is the harm if Sports Minister goes? We have declared football as the state game," said the defiant CM.
