Yes... it should be banned. After copying from hollywood movies now the filmmakers are going for remakes of yesteryear hindi movies and by doing so they have spoiled the essence of the classics the best example of this is the latest movie rgv ki aag ,in which ram gopal varma tried to remake sholay, which is one of the bestest movies made in bollywood And aag one of the worst movies ever made Last year saw the remakes of yesteryear classics don and umrao jaan again this remakes proving to be disasters i heard that amar akbar anthony is also going to be remade i guess the concept of remakes should be banned wonder what filmmakers are trying to prove by remakes this shows that indian filmmakers lack creativity.

Sure,as Remake are spoiling the originality,if any body who want to create some new think just make the original if they have talent.
Now days any one can be director by takinf few cheap boys & girls and few elctronic instrument and calles him ..

I think that remakes of any thing is not be suitable because when 1st time used that object will appear and when we saw this object by an another charector will not satisfiy by this
