Q.

Isn't it dangerous to conduct a referendum lik the one in Chandni Chowk(Kapil Sibal's constituency) whether the PM and the Judiciary should be under the Lokpal?
Tomorrow, will you conduct a similary referendum for Kashmir in Srinagar? Or for Telengana in AP? What if the referendum in Bangalore says that the BSY should continue in as CM in Karnataka...... dangerous, isn't it?

It is not dangerous as it is not binding on the Govt.It only shows the public mood n makes the political party in power aware of the fact.
