Trishala, 21 year daughter of Sanjay dutt reports that she don't care for having a brother/sister from her step-mother, Manyata, as she is trying hard to conceive children? Is it justifable to have children with such a big gap of 21 years?

Why not there is no rule ( even morally) that we should not have child after a gap of 21 years
