Yes. Basically college principals/teachers are afraid for themselves. Mostly boys/girls from rich families, who donate heavily, belong to this ragging group.

MOSTLY YES. The strong anti-ragging squads must be in place in all the Institutions.Ragging must be banned as treated as crime against humanity.the human right violations occur at every step of the ragging.
