Eat junk food (burger, pizza, zinger, etc) .... eat rice and go to sleep .... have some oily stuff .... i guess this hsud help you in gaining some weight.

Caution: Take enuf care with the intake quantity .... this can easily boom up your weight which can go beyond control.
