Hi pradnya if and if you are under the age group of 14-21years then it is posible
even if the age is more than that is also posible but with some difficulty and pain if you are redy and deciseded then it is good to do but with right mind and faith only it will do
not with the fat grouwn more on the sementic skin and the body to 0.0989thick check and reffer to me if it is neccessary ok
or other wise it is better to take it as easy and enjoy actually faty bud is good fo the enjoyment but nobody is understanding it
it works only with the like minded people with best results

All the asanas of yoga are useful for weightloss. Do Surya Namaskar, Vajrasana, Ustrasana, Supt Vajrasana, Makarasana, Halasana, Paduttanasana, Chakrasana, Bhujangasana, Shalavhasana, Naukasana, Dhanurasana, Pawanmuktasana, Janusirasana, Paschimuttanasana, Katichakrasana, Ardhchandrasana etc. Also practice Kapalbhati Kriya increasing to 10 minutes a day for an early result
