Good morning Sir. Actually some 5 years back I had met with a major life taking accident which was a head injury and after that cotinuous intake of steroids for a long time has resulted in a lot of weight gainand now am almost 90 kgwhereas eaelier iwas 47 so could u help me with the weight loss method please.
