That depends on whose screw you wish to tighten. Some may need a watchmakers screwdriver, which is usually very small. But some may need a bigger one, which has a bigger grip, and bigger point. and can be used as a club, in case of need.. Now what type you need ?

.......they come in large variety of sizes......u should keep in mind the size of the screw u want to tighten or unleash with it.
