It requires courage and will power to act, and not only the law, without which it becomes toothless. This will go on till last vote us cast and every one will forget after that barring a few who would like to use it at a time best suited to their interests.

EC need to step further from just giving notices, warning and serving few days bans. they need to bar the candidate from contesting elections
