What should we do about the health care needs of the very poor?

* Tax-premium / Health Tax should be recovered from all.
* For poor- ( Insurance upto Rs. 5.00 lacs) 25 % tax-premium from the person & 75 % tax-premium from the Government.
* For RICH (Insurance upto Rs. 10.00 Lacs) 100 % as Tax-Premium.
* Govt. Hospitals should run on no loss-no profit basis- Never at a total charity
* Day-daccoities by the PRIVATE HOSPITALS & NURSING HOMES M U S T stop..

If everyone follows the method of zakath , the poor can be taken care of.
and also there must be a system in place , where the poor are insured and get the best hospitalisation facility from private hospitals too

For health care poor or rich never matters it depend on you way of perpsaion you can maintain hygiene and food habit and for future prospective you secure your health expenses with health insurance .
