Do Ramdev Baba's Kapal Bharti. If you do 100 times you will loose 1 kg per day. In one month you will find your belly flat and might even see six packs. Do Pranayam together with it.

Sleep on ur back raise ur both the feet high up upto 90deg,and count upto ten counts
bring back to normal position
initialy do for three times in the morning before breakfast
and than increase the number
