Yes defnitely. Bench can check all possibilities to give good amount to affected and accuse DOW compan.
IPC 304 A is also to be amended and related IPC to be enforced.

For information of all, Bhopal tragedy is only a sample incident. Times to come, bigger tragedies are waiting in queue to happen. Of course, I am not referring the nature infused tragedies but man-made tragedies. At least I am able to assess, who are the likely culprits for all such future tragedies. But is there any use in post mortem operation!
