I think the easy way is that you should try some pranayams in morning and should be take care of your diets like dont take the diet that have fats. If you can do some exercises then it will take less time to lose weight easily.

1. every morning have lemon water with honey, no salt
2. stop eating outside and even at home avoid ghee
3. reduce salt and sugar intake
4. excercise for atleast 45mins everyday
5. eat more fruit and veggies
