1.Drinking green tea will help you with loosing your body fat.You can even drink ginger tea ,as ginger ginger will help your digestive track to speed up the digestion process.
2.Eat only papaya without fail for three months as your dinner .This will also make you loose lot of body fat.
3.After getting up,before eating anything,drink one warm glass of water with lemon juice and little honey added to it.This is also one of the mostly suggested home remedies for obesity.
4Make a paste with half-teaspoon honey and half teaspoon basil leaves.Put this paste in one glass of luke warm water and drink it.This helps control the obesity.
5.Taking ginger paste mixed with honey will also act as a obesity control mixture.
6 Eat tomotoes first thing in the morning;it will help to control the body cholestrol levels.
