What should be gap between Heavy exercises in evening and Diner?

Hi! There is no hard and fast rule regards the gap after exercise and before dinner. You can eat whenever you get hungry, but you should get a 3 hr gap after dinner and before bedtime.

There should be at least 3 hrs gap between heavy exercises in the evening and dinner .....

First try to do exersice and then take Dinner otherwise it is not advisable to do heavy exersice at night after dinner

Generally it s considered 3 hrs, though it depends on individual's nature and type if food.
