So far they have 4 children: Maddox, Pax and Sahara, whom they have adopted, and Shiloh, their biological child. Rumours are that Angelina is pregnant again, possibly with twins, but all this comes from the dress she wore at the Sag Awards. Before the pregnancy rumour, they were apparently looking into adopting another African child.
We'll have to wait and see if their family will get bigger in the near future.
