Budhape main insaan retire ho jata hai, kuch kaam na karne se,sharir ko thakan nahi lagti, aur din main so jaate hai,bas usi wajah se raat ki neend kam h jati hai

Ya toh physical illness ki vejah se ya phir koi tension, ya phir kisi ke khayal agar deemag mein aa rahe ho toh,yeh hi reasons ho sakte h.

But whether age-related changes in sleep were due to changes in social factors, circadian rhythms, or shifts in an internal "set point" for sleep need or the ability to sleep had remained unresolved.
