I have opted for African pattern of punishing.. snce it will give the same ABUSE what a Molestor/Rapist have given to the Victim.. This protects Human Rights Violation.. :))

If you ask an opinion in context of Indian Penal Code, section 376 of Indian Penal Code is relevant which says ................. Whoever, except in the cases provided for by sub- section (2), commits rape shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than seven years but which may be for life or for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine unless the woman raped is his own wife and is not under twelve years of age, in which case, he shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or with both: So you see the range of years of punishment. The Honble Courts will award punishments as per the roles of each accused.

But, according to me, the best punishment is not in jails. They should be chemically castrated and on their person the following words be tattooed, Castrated for r..pe

Hanged till death or shot to death in public view

Atleast 15yrs for rape , in this case with so much cruelty it should be death penalty

Dont hang them cut off the limbs and throw them on the streets

Immediate amputation of their genitals .... thatz the only befitting punishment by which they can remain alive but repent for ever.....

Hand over to public for instant justice
