I believe there are over 150 - however I have only visited Munnar

Most of the hill stations in india are located in uttarakhand , karnataka, himachal pradesh and jammu and kashmir..total hill station =158. but i have visited.only mount abu in rajasthan.,
madhya pradesh -pachmarhi.
jharkhand - hazaribagh , ranchi.
