The best option is to change your place to a comparatively low dust area. Or you have good homeopathic treatment for dust allergy. Also you can take a cetrizine tablet daily under the doctor's prescription to ease out your problem. There is also available tests for finding the cause of allergies in major hospitals and once they zero in the cause they treat you accordingly and it will give almost perfect cure if diagonalized.

Sai Ram. Go to a good homeopath for proper treatment. Don't go for the allopathic medicine like Alerid etc.

A drug named -epinephrine-has been mentioned for most of the allergic reaction especially to improve brathing .This information is available in the reader's digest magazine sept 2008.
also they RDcites antihistamine tablets even if you don't have severe allergies.you can still be prepared for for a spontaneous reaction. My sincere compliments for Readers digest. But about dust allergies and treatment pl consult your Doctor.
