Q.

Our country really needs some youngsters to lead it. Youth has the the power of working fast, hard at proper time without taking breaks. The young energetic minds think in a way which is surely better than a man with 50-70 years of age. The youth can change the face of politics and help in the development of India. They should definitely think Politics as a career option. The current notion about politics is that - it is alternative job to jobless people, flop film-actors and bored housewives. Comments plz.

Ya can drive inspiration from Rahul Gandhi and his initiatives in making the Congress a young and truly democratic party. It is fantastic to see him drive a visionary change in the workings of the oldest political party in India. Maybe ya can play a role in it by enrolling for the party membership

Yes. I agree. But most of today's youth are more money oriented and they choose their career only on that basis. For most of them the aim is to get a decent job which can give a salary of over Rs 3-4 lacs to start with and a house in 5 years and a decent modern life with a beautiful/handsome bride/groom . Thats all Most of them do not want to think about society, poverty, etc etc. They think it is all alien to them. They are the back bone of modern India and its economy and they have to change their attitude to the welfare of the nation and society.Politics is the most essential part of the nations economy and welfare. And shying away from it on onr pretext or other seems to be the fashion of today's youth. seldom they cast their votes, especially the high earning corporate youth.Unless they change their mindset your wish will remain as a wish only.

Impossoible to disagree with you in so far this question is concerned. Its really unfortunate, our countrys' reins are in the shaky hands. They might have tonnes experience at their back, but have blurred vision.Though, quite late..a realisation has now set in all major political parties to give to young guns .Hope these young guns would boom .But, the younger lot which has so far entered the portals of powers have not shown anything wothwhile.Look, at each one of them...they come from the established political families n follow the same line of thinking, the freshness is just not there, there is no fizzzzz in their actions.Look at them closely, you would find them lining up, singing praise, licking feets of First Political Family.None of them have led any popular movement, or taken up cause of poorer in this country. Its their indifferance which soon or later will finally consume them. All said n done, younger lot still are the hope.....hope they will awaken one day to lead the nation t ...more

Very correct ...Youth is the glory, the savior, and the obsession of our young nation.

In the central place of every heart of youth ,there is a recording chamber. So long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer and courage, so long are they young. When their heart is covered with the snows of pessimism and the ice of cynicism, then, and then only, they are grown old. And then, indeed as the ballad says, they just fade away.

They are the first victim of war the war of cultural change , war of humanity , just taking their steps in this selfish world ; the first fruit of peace , when they start following the great & wise people of the world .. It takes 20 long years or more of peace to make a man , to make him a real trustee to our nation ; but it takes only 20 seconds of war to destroy him through such meaningless inhuman acts of terrorism , injecting the virus of greed , anger & arrogance

Youth is easily deceived, because it is quick to hope and quick to be bac ...more

Only age can not decide the performance.it should be mixure of youth with experience.since our country is very large with diversity it needs a very strong leadership without minding votes but take decision.see rahul gandhi is very soft on families of terrorists caught in batala house encounter only to votes of muslimswe need leader like patelji.even those young people could not deliver good.in congress you have to be sycophan to please gandhi family.

Youth alone cant lead any country successfully ------------for proper adsministration and execution of policies you need a combination of experience and maturity of age with those of zeal ,energy and spirit ,force of youthfulness--then things get go in the right direction with correct momentum.Best example is Chanokya with Chandragupta Mourya and that was India's Golden Era---Alexander with Aristotole ,the young king had world under his feet and presented world some best administrative rules --Let surging India have pure young souls as captain of the ship while the wisdom of the seniors remain there as the compass in the captain's room --the new dawn will definitely ours !
