There are different methods , some of them unique to one language.Method 1. Place the verb before the noun and add the question mark at the end. e.g. I have taken leave(A). Have I taken leave?(Q)
2. Add Is it that and a question mark at the end e.g. It was raining last night(A). Is it, it was raining last night? (Q). While talking by intonation e.g. I am taller than you (A). I am taller than you...?(Q)
