After refusing the French honour twice, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was recently presented with the prestigious award on her birthday. The event saw the presence of various distinguished guests and members from Bachchan and Rai clan. But it was the speech which she delivered, after she was given the award, that caught everyones attention.
The actor broke down as she started sharing her perspective about motherhood. Someone who really gets the credit of where I am today is my mom and dad Mr. and Mrs. Rai and of course brother Aditya who have always been supportive. Im realizing now what it takes to be a mother. My darling husband Abhishek and Aaradhya, thank you for giving me such an undefinable experience of being a mother. It surpasses everything, exclaimed Ash, who had moist eyes by now.
