The clear sparkling white wine from the south of France. I forget its name but I had had it in Germany.

My personal favourite is a Muscadet from the Pays de la Loire region or a crisp Sauvignon blanc from the Bordeaux region. Both are crisp, lemony and refreshing with a slightly sharp edge and no hint of sweetness.

For white wine, I sincerely wouldn't look in France, but I would take a trip to Serbia and look up Navip wines.
