As far as the United Nations is concerned, a child born on an airplane is a citizen of?

1.
Firstly, a baby born in in-flight is considered to have been born in the airplane's registered country. Secondly, the child may acquire the nationality of the parents.

What I know, ( not 100% sure), the citizenship of the new born will be that of the mother and the Captain of the flight will issue birth certificate.

Will be the citizen of the country over which at the time of birth the aircraft was flying and the captain of the plane has to certify for that then the respective country gives the rights..
