What is your take on the chances of drought like situation in many states of India..will it be covered up soon?

It is most unlikely considering the fact that monsoon withdrawal will happen in northern India (where the monsoon is scanty this year) from mid September, just about 5 weeks away. I think it will be a miracle if the country as a whole receives about 75% of the normal rain fall this year. Let us all pray for such a miracle to avoid a catastrophic situation in the country.

As per survey .....about 6 states will be effected due to less monsoon rain as it was expected ........ mainly Punjab, Hariyana, Rajstan, Gujrat , Maharastra and Part of Odisha ......... as govts of various states are taking the precutionary measures to meet the sitution ....... still we need to focus on the perfect distribution system of food grains ..... we are having enough grains which can meet the requirements to some extent ........... but as we know our storage system is totally failed and they are storing the grains in the open air which spoils the Quality of the grains ........ 2ndly , we need to keep the Middle men away from the purpose of distribution patten........
