Jog falls is on the sharavati river as it plunges down about 830 ft making it one of the spectacular geographical beauty. It is also referred to as Gersoppa falls. It is in the beatuiful state of Karnataka, and if you get an opportunity to be there do not miss out on an experience in a coracle.
