The best returns from real estate investments can be from NAGPUR where the project of MIHAN (Multimodel International Hub Airport at Nagpur) is reaching its completion. This is projected to be Frankfurt of Asia by 2011. For the sake of information I 'd like to add here that in our country, till today we have four sub-hubs, one each at Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkota. The Nagpur Airport is first full fledged Hub of our country and only third of its type in Asia. Other two full fledged Hubs are - one in Bezing and second in Singapore. Furthermore this project is coupled with many other central government projects, SEZ and IT HUB. The total project is about to creat an employment of 3 lac + by 2011 and for the reason it is hottest in enjoying handsome returns on Real Estate Investments.
