Hi! I am 26, I am overweight by around 5 kgs and I need to lose weight from the lower part of my body i.e. hips and thighs where the fat deposit is more than the rest of my body. I have tried walking but with the onset of summer I am not able to continue with same. I avoid junk and fried foods and eats lost of fruits and veggies and drink around 3 ltrs of water everyday. Can you please advise how can I shape up my hips and thighs.
