Corruption can be moral ,material, .favour,.money etc.In India it is from top to bottom.In the West it is at the higher level not in the form of money but in other forms.As long as world survives the corruption will be there no country is excempted .All are human beings with our weakness and vices.

Noble hope. And I cannot displease you too. It will be free from corruption once the entire government machinery is scrapped up, both the Houses are smoked out clean and fresh election is held to elect only educated youth with no criminal background. Is it possible ? It is said dream is better than hope.
