Politicians practice Vote Bank politics even in the name of Terrorists ... who are sentenced to death by all courts and their 'Mercy Appeal' is also rejected by the President!!
Decades pass by and courts stay their Death Sentence on grounds that 'why the death sentence was not carried out in time!!!'
And thus, helped by the courts, the murderers enjoy continuation of their life, after snuffing out lives of many!!
