Yes. If women utilise the non-odd hours and use the busy routes not to be alone to give any vagabonds a chance to attempt any molestation !

Delhi is as safe and as dangerous as Brasilia which as as safe and as dangerous as Los Angeles. A lot of times, people get into nasty situations by leaving their common sense at home when they travel. I've seen a lot of women in LA during my stay there even who flash their l8est gadgets and just give out attention in areas like Crenshaw Boulevard. Traveling alone in alleyways and showing FEAR when u r gawked on by strangers are also sureshot ways of getting into trouble.

Typically if u got common sense, u will have a very safe urban environment.

The answer is generally No. Not only Delhi, no place is safe for women. There may be difference of degree and circumstances.

No place on earth is safe for women and for that matter anybody unless they know how to keep themselves safe and secured by not inviting problem-some situations for themselves.......; if they are not safe, they themselves are the cause........
