god has not created a man as a person you have stated as above. But they are all victims of their own fate either they have had bad childhood experiences and they have had bad companies which make them to become as they are..if all get good parents good sanskaar..they can never be like that...
If you think of a film by V shantaram..'Do ankhe baara haat " in which the case of each criminal is nicely depicted in that film and how a womn with her love and affection and that jailor his confidance change the life style..of all those who were
the victims of their own life situations...which prompted them to behave like that and then later turned to lead a good life as good citizens...
Kiran bedi is also a living example who has changed the lifestyles of many criminals by adopting a good mode of life...So God has created a man as a good human being ..just because some were less lucky to find a good support and good lifestyle or a good situation they might have become like that...thi ...more

For the info of you, nobody is born as a terrorist, rapist, murderer etc. It's the circustances that make; people to become like these. For this God has nothing to do. Of course God creates man, sustains him. But that does not make God as the person to be blamed for all these peoples. If somebody is a wrong doer, then he would be punished eventually by God itself.

Dear Ankit ji, we r praying the God for ourself satisfaction & peace-Does any1 seen god- Its a Faith & belief which is giving gud results in the sucess of 1's life from the Centuries.
