Return of Shri Ram To Ayodhya after killing Ravana,Lord Krishna Destroyed Demon Narakasur , and according to Shib puran, The cattle lodged complain to Lord Shiba that they are neglected and were kept in dark in spite their best services to mam when Lord shiba wished to visit the actual situation. Thus human being being supper intelligent started to clean the cattle sheds, gave sufficient lights, foods and they are worshiped in 5days . Besides to keep out the insects and snakes who used to take shelter in dark place after rains for safety of winter, crackers and sounds are used. Ultimately Lord Shiba came and found that the cattle are cared and on the last day there is a game with cattle man and god.
