Suggesting a radical change in the law on adultery, the Justice Malimath Committee for reforms in the criminal justice system has recommended amendments to provisions of the Indian Penal Code that disallow prosecution of women for the offence.

How to overcome the sin / temptation of adultery in thought and deed?

Jesus -- the only Holy person in this world. He was sinless, born of a virgin. He is the greatest Person and Teacher from God. You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. -- Jesus

He died and rose again so we may be victorious. Ask Jesus to come into your life as your LORD; Hell live with (and in) u forever. U thus become a child of God. He forgives our sins. He is always the Victor.

Politicians and NCW have tried to create a so called woman empowerment. and in doing so they have created some highly biased laws in women's favor.

And one of them is adultery law. a wife currently can not be punished under adultery law.

Why punish women? If any law is made, it will be used against women, like other laws. She should be appreciated for her bold step towards a liberated life.
