How a corporate leader is different from a political leader ?

There r two different types of corporate ladders. The corporate ladder in a Zaibatsu styled firm and corporate ladder in a Cosmopolitan styled firm. The political ladder resembles the ladder of Zaibatsu styled firms....
A Zaibatsu styled firm are companies like Mitsubishi, Honda, Nakajima, Toho, Adithya Brilla etc. A Cosmopolitan styled firm are companies like TATA, Google, Microsoft, etc.
Assuming u r entering the career as an "upstart" without any backing in family, or the introduction, your first duty would be posing as an assistant to a permanent employee. Becoming a permanent employee yourself depends on the permanent employee who vouches for u while u r an assistant. U can't bypass u r immediate superior and reach his superior in a Zaibatsu styled firm.
Once u become permanent, you will be made to prove your worth by being ultra loyal to u r team Manager who answers to the divisional manager. The same rules apply. You can't bypass your manager and reach the divisiona ...more
