Delhi Jal Board Rocked By Another Major Scam ,,By Afsar Jafri ,,
On 24th May 2011, the WSSDEU, an employees union, exposed a big scam of more than Rs. 200 crores in the bidding process for privatization of Delhi Jal Board 's Bhagirathi Water Treatment Plant in East Delhi ,,, Is the Bidding process not transparent ?

Basic aminities like Water, Electricity, Roads etc are State Property and cannot be Privatised.. since Privatisation means making the Resources Feudal, i.e. Control on few hands.. The Privatisation of Resources means reducing State Income and distribution and further will lead to Corporate Control and a Stateless Society like USA
So, Scams are but natural in Feudal Society...

Bidding process is not transparent since the bids are opened only before the bidders and the inside setting gets done much before the advertising for the bids offer and the lowest bids between the officials and the bidders !
