1. Add "ajwain" in your atta for rotis, if u have home made food. (Ajwain - is a commonly used indian spice/herb)
2. Add garlic to your meals.
3. Add asoefoetida(heeng) in daals and vegetables. - its good for removing gas.
4. Dont eat fruits after food immediately.
5. Dont lie down immediately after eating a heavy meal, infact do the vajra aasan - sit on your knees after a meal for a couple of minutes atleast if not 1/2 an hour.
6. Do a lil bit of a walk (NOT brisk!) for a couple of minutes to 1/2 an hour for food digestion.
7. Have a healthy breakfast - like cereal and brown bread toast.
8. Dont stay on an empty stomach, keep snacking on healthy things every 2-3 hrs
9. A lil bit of exercise never hurts anyone.. if its our traditional yoga, all the better!
10. Last but not the least, avoid fried stuff. (Iknow it kills not to have it, but kills even more to have it.)

Eating too much of rich, fatty, and spicy food can irritate the lining of stomach and can cause the problem of indigestion. Putrefaction in the intestinal tract, microbial infection, food allergies and overeating can lead to various symptoms of gastric problems.
Heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, indigestion and irritable bowel syndrome are few of the symptoms of gastric problems. If you are plagued with these problems then try to follow home remedies for gastric problems instead of going for allopathic treatment.
Please try this.
Replace your daily normal tea with peppermint or chamomile tea or green tea. Go green!
Coriander seeds can relieve you from gas pain.
