Try to intake one glass "kaddu ka soup" daily in the morning and start to take "white oats"daily.you may reduce your extra weight of 13-15 kg.thanks

Reduce your weight by eating frequently in small portions . eat fruits when hungry.

Take a glass of warm water with honey and lemon juice every morning before brushing ur teeth,walk for 30mins a day and avoid eating rice for dinner and have a light dinner.

Mr gopal reddy,
you have only take the medicine of ayurvedic, like trifla two times in a day and you should take two &three glass of warm water in the morning before eating any thing.......thanks
