You are mistaken a bit. T.N.Seshan was the biggest chamcha so long he was in Beaurocracy. He changed only at the fag end and fought the election against Adwani. Where is he now? Similarly, the position of Chief Justice also depends upon the pleasure of President, who is dictated by Cabinet. We will never get a real man to occupy the position. After all the choice has to be amongst the least corrupt.
