I had ordered one product but i received another product which is not ordered by me now i have to do

If possible try to take screenshots if avaialble of the transaction when u hav placed the order and write an email to the customer service desk revering the date and order number.

Itz an unfair service from ur dealer.. better yo complaint 2 their customer relationship manager & make note them ur bill n receipts as proof.. if they didnt response yo , directly appeal it 2 consumer court...
