I am planning to take a tour to Sri Lanka. I know that being an Indian, I get the tourist visa on arrival at Colombo for free. However, I was wondering if anyone has been to Sri Lanka? How much would be the expenses per person - an estimate. Waiting for your answers. Thank you.

They will charge you 1000 Sri Lankan Rupees while exiting. Beautiful place of poor people. Much cleaner than India, less densly populated. Young men are mostly not visible. Either they have been drafted to the army, killed or gone abroad. Go out of Colombo, towards Kandy, hills, tea gardens, or beach resorts.
