It is due to acidity...write your disease history...kumrao99@yahoo.co.in--- you have to avoid milk products, sweets , sweet fruits for 20 days...

Heart burn may cause due to various reason like taking more oily food,lack of excersise,meditation ,unorganised lifestyle or may be already having some heart problem .The best solution I find 1.wake up at 6 am daily 2.do some streaching excersise,4 min meditations 3. have a cup of haldi tea daily .one pinch haldi ,one pinch salt into a cup of hot water .stirre and sip the solution daily .I think this is the best solution
