Qusai ibn Kilab ibn Murrah (Qusayy or Kusayy) ( ca. 400 480) was the great-grandfather of Shaiba ibn Hashim (Abdul-Mutallib). He was fifth generation paternal line ancestor to Muhammad, the founder of Islam.
Hashim ibn 'Abd Manaf (ca. 464 497) was the great-grandfather of the Islamic prophet.
Abdul Muttalib (c. 497578) was the grandfather of Muhammad.
