Corruption is not just financial , Prime Minister keeps on saying about coalition compulsions or compulsion to keep party boss happy but he very much had an option of saying It is either going to be my way or no way. He knows very well the concept of collective responsibility outlined by constitution and he is directly responsible for act of his ministers still his lust of clinging to chair at the cost of his dignity and dignity of the post of prime minister of India is nauseating and is a form of corruption.
So yes he is leading government of corrupt and corrupt himself.
