What if, the Boss is proved wrong and his Secretary right, in a business deal ?

No surprise. What for a secretary is appointed ? She has to be right.. Otherwise she will be removed.. She must gather right information to put before the boss, and help him take a right decision.

MOST DIFFICULT situation .........if I will be the then I will appreciate her/ him......only when if his/ her act is beneficial for my business......boss is one who always motive to employees and I believe on this......and i will give some incentive, bonus etc..

It is the secretary's duty to see that her boss is not exposed. What the secretary does is only for the boss to know and no one else. And if that is the case the boss will certainly appreciate his secretary promising her a bright future.
