Determining your proper panty fit requires that you know two components: waist measurement and hip measurement. If possible, recruit someone to take your measurements. It's faster and tends to be more accurate.

It requires skills. When I was a panty salesman I used to use my palm to compare the size of the panty and the wearer. It was always a success sale because the customer use to happily buy whatever I recommended (even when it was not fitting)
