The company is in talks with big retailers in the country. It has established a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) centre in the Hitech city of Hyderabad to exploit the opportunities, according to Mr Amrit P. Kirpalani, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The KPO, which is the second facility in India (the first one also in Hyderabad has about 40 associates), will have 75 associates (mostly MBAs and PhDs).
